About the Role

You will be involved in fabrication, welding, assembly, and maintenance work across workshop and site-based projects in Australia.

This is a hands-on trade role where precision, safety, and workmanship are essential in every task.

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on structural components
• Fabricate and assemble steel and metal structures
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Carry out repairs and maintenance work
• Ensure compliance with Australian quality and safety standards

• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
• Support installation and construction activities on-site
• Maintain clean and compliant work areas
• Collaborate with supervisors and teams to meet project requirements

• Complete structured skills assessment and trade evaluation
• Undertake Australian workplace readiness training
• Align with Australian safety, compliance, and trade standards
• Receive guidance for employment preparation and documentation

• Assistance provided for eligible candidates
• Support with required documentation and application process
• Coordination for transition into Australian employment

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Welder or Boilermaker
• Strong fabrication and welding capability
• Ability to read technical drawings and plans
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Trade certification preferred
