Construction Project Manager – Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 3–7+ years of experience in the construction industry
- At least 2 years of experience in a project management role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop project timelines, cost estimates, resource allocation, and procurement schedules.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
- Enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues or delays promptly.
- Track project costs and manage budgets, contracts, and change orders.
- Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and project documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage risk assessments, quality control, and safety measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead regular site and coordination meetings with stakeholders and construction teams
