Key Responsibilities
✔ Must possess a Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Certificate.
✔ With at least 1 year of experience as a Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, or related role (preferred).
✔ Knowledgeable in workplace health and safety standards and regulations.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and record-keeping.
✔ Able to handle medical emergencies and maintain confidentiality.
- Provide first aid treatment and basic healthcare services to employees.
- Assess and monitor employee health conditions and medical concerns.
- Maintain and update employee medical records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Administer prescribed medications and assist during medical emergencies.
- Coordinate with accredited clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers when necessary.
- Monitor workplace health and safety practices and recommend improvements.
- Assist in implementing occupational health and wellness programs.
- Prepare and submit health-related reports and documentation.
- Support pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work medical examinations.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSHA, and other applicable health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
