ROLE OVERVIEW

Plans, coordinates, and implements consumer-directed marketing initiatives across digital, influencer, and on-ground platforms.
Provides inputs to the overall brand strategy through data gathering, analysis, and consumer insights.
Supports the development of strategic and thematic communication campaigns for the corporate brand.
Coordinates with partner agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution.
Collaborates with other divisions to align marketing efforts with corporate directions while addressing their unique needs.
Assists in managing company resources by reviewing plans, monitoring cost efficiencies, and ensuring reasonable business returns for assigned programs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Business Management
At least 3–6 years of relevant experience in marketing communications or related fields
Strong background in marketing communications, with exposure to digital and influencer marketing preferred
Excellent coordination and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage agency partnerships
Creativity and passion for building consumer connections aligned with corporate brand direction
