What you'll be doing
- Preparing detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conducting site visits, evaluating project feasibility, and providing technical guidance to ensure successful bowling center's project delivery
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Monitoring construction progress and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and building codes
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Must be a licensed Architect.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Architect.
- Proficient in the use of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- Strong design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and functional architectural solutions
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices
- Passion for architecture and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
