About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at Valeros Velasco Business Solutions Inc. This full-time role is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila and will involve providing high-quality customer service to our valued clients through a virtual process.
What you'll be doing- Answering inbound customer calls and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner
- Providing excellent customer service and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handling a variety of customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy
- Accurately updating customer records and documentation as required
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to the team
- Maintaining a positive, helpful and collaborative attitude at all times
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with using computers and virtual communication tools
- A friendly, patient and resilient personality to handle high-pressure situations
