Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue a statement of account to customers
- Ensure timely collection of receivables
- Process payables
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Ensure validity and accuracy of transactions
- Organize financial data into useable information and relevant reports
- Prepare analysis of movement in account balances
- Maintain updated records for accounts monitored
- Prepare tax returns (Withholding Tax, Final Tax, VAT, etc.)
- Other ad hoc matters
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related studies.
- FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales Audit, Inventory, and General Ledger is an advantage.
- Results-oriented and able to function in a team environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Adept in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in using SAP is an advantage
