Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, assisting with office operations, and providing support to ensure the team runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize daily office operations and procedures.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain databases.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging catering.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Provide support in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures.
