We are looking to employ a hard-working and reliable Food Services Supervisor who displays a responsible, flexible, can-do approach to work duties with a passion to provide high standards of customer care and supports colleagues to achieve team goals.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of daily office operations (maintenance, supplies, lunch, etc)
• In charge of daily operations of retail coffee shop
• Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages to customers
• Ensure sufficient stocks and item inventory for daily operations
• Courteous standard of service and deal with any customer/staff issues which arise during operation hours
• Health and Safety Responsibilities
• Follow the company’s health, safety and security procedures
• Maintain safe personal presentation standards
• Consult on health and safety matters
• Report all incidents and hazards immediately
• Complete all required Health, Safety and Environment training
• Adhere to the site food safety plan, hygiene procedures and standards
• Adhering to company policies and procedure
• Train new FSA for coffee shop branches
• Oversee operations and adherence to SOP of franchise branches
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• A food handler's license
• Proven experience working in the foodservice industry
• Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations
• The ability to follow proper food handling procedures
• The ability to stand for extended periods
• The ability to work as part of a team and as a leader
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills

The role will be on site for 40 hours, 5 days per week. Shift will be anytime from 6am to 9pm.
