We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently, professionally, and with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Must be a High School or Senior High School graduate (with diploma or certificate)
Strong to excellent communication skills are required
Basic web navigation skills are a must
Must be open to working on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours
Must be available to start immediately
No prior work experience is required — fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities:
Address customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints professionally, offering timely and effective solutions
Foster trust and long-term relationships through open and clear communication with customers
Provide accurate and complete information in every customer interaction
Document customer interactions, process account updates, and manage records accurately
Follow standard communication protocols, company policies, and service procedures
