Property Maintenance Technician (Stay-in)

Work Schedule: 5 days per week

Job Summary

This is a stay-in position with assignments in Quezon City and Valenzuela City.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on townhouse units and other assigned company properties.
• Carry out minor repairs, including plumbing, basic electrical work, carpentry, masonry, painting, and other handyman tasks.
• Replace light bulbs, electrical switches, outlets, faucets, door locks, and other basic fixtures as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of vacant townhouse units, common areas, and surrounding premises.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues and report repairs requiring outside contractors or major work.
• Visit assigned company properties to perform maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep.
• Help monitor the safety and security of the townhouse while staying on-site and promptly report any unusual incidents or concerns.
• Assist in emergency repairs and urgent maintenance work when necessary.
• Perform other duties related to the maintenance, upkeep, cleanliness, and security of company properties as may be assigned by management.

• At least High School graduate or Vocational graduate.
• Experience in property maintenance, building maintenance, handyman work, or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of painting, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and basic electrical repairs.
• Able to use common hand and power tools safely.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
• Honest, dependable, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel between company properties in Quezon City and Valenzuela City.
• Willing to stay in.
