Job Description

• Lead and manage the Mandarin SEO team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to Baidu, Sogou, and other Mandarin-language search engines.
• Conduct Mandarin keyword research, on-page optimization, and competitor analysis.
• Oversee content localization and ensure SEO best practices are followed across Mandarin-language content.
• Collaborate with content writers, web developers, and digital marketers to implement SEO recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Baidu Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Identify link-building opportunities and manage outreach campaigns for Mandarin websites.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and SEO trends, particularly in Chinese markets.
• Report weekly/monthly performance metrics to stakeholders in both Mandarin and English

• Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Familiar with site audits, crawling, indexing, mobile-first SEO, and speed optimization.
• Strong team management, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with content teams to produce search-optimized copy in Mandarin.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English.
