About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Company Nurse/HR Assistant to join TRI-PHIL International, Inc. You will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations while ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees. This role is essential to maintaining a healthy, compliant and engaged workforce within our organization.
What you'll be doing
As HR Assistant/Company Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first aid and basic medical support to employees, managing employee health concerns and maintaining occupational health records
- Maintaining confidential employee health and HR files in compliance with data protection regulations
- Conducting health and safety awareness programs and promoting employee wellness initiatives
- Coordinating medical check-ups, vaccinations and other occupational health services
- Assisting with employee relations matters, including leave administration and benefits inquiries
- Supporting the development and implementation of company health and safety policies
- Maintaining the company clinic or health facilities and ensuring supplies are adequately stocked
- Liaising with external healthcare providers and managing employee referrals when necessary
- Must be an PRC registered nurse
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in occupational health nursing, company clinic management or HR support functions
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and regulations in the Philippines
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
- A compassionate approach to employee health and wellbeing coupled with discretion and confidentiality
- The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy work environment
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws and benefits administration
- Preferably with updated trainings and seminars: BOSH, BLS or FIRST AID TRAINING
