About the role

Join VERSA GROUP PHILIPPINES CORPORATION' as a PURCHASING CLERK. This full-time role will be based in Sgt. Rivera Street, Barangay Manresa, Quezon City Metro Manila and will involve supporting the company's purchasing and procurement functions.

What you'll be doing
  • Responsible for processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities
  • Identify supply needs and ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for the company
  • Maintain and update the company's vendor database, evaluating supplier performance
  • Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures
  • Generate purchasing reports and analysis to support decision-making
What we're looking for
  • At least 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with internal departments and suppliers
  • Proficient in using spreadsheet applications
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines
