Business and Product Development Manager

Job description:

We are seeking a Business and Product Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new opportunities and leading product development initiatives. This role will oversee strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to bring products to market and scale the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
• Lead product development from concept to launch
• Conduct market research and define product strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams
• Track performance metrics and optimize business and product outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5+ years experience in business development or product management
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience managing projects and cross-functional teams

• Experience in strategy, product lifecycle management, or startups
