Freight Forwarding Sales Specialist

TMG Logistics & Maritime Group Inc. is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Freight Forwarding Sales Specialist to expand our client network and strengthen our presence in the logistics and supply chain industry.

• Generate and acquire new clients for freight forwarding, customs brokerage, trucking, and logistics services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, and corporate clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing solutions based on client requirements
• Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and business meetings
• Identify market opportunities and develop sales strategies to increase revenue
• Monitor shipment requirements and provide logistics solutions tailored to client needs
• Handle client concerns, follow-ups, and after-sales support
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven experience in freight forwarding sales, logistics sales, or customs brokerage sales
• Strong understanding of international freight forwarding operations (air freight, sea freight, import/export processes)
• Existing network of clients is an advantage
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong background in client acquisition and account management
• Goal-oriented, aggressive in sales, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Knowledge in customs brokerage and logistics operations is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email correspondence
• Willing to conduct field work and client visits
