RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve issues raised by users within agreed SLAs
- Perform testing for change requests
- Assess impact of upgrades and perform relevant regression test
- Conduct root cause analysis for Problem Records when applicable
- Apply system configuration for changes or implementation of new capabilities
- Work with other CIT and business counterparts to address new requirements or fix integration issues
- Provide recommendations to improve processes or system performance
- Liase with Coupa for tickets that require Coupa’s attention
- Bachelor's Degree / 4-year course graduate
- Business or computer science degree courses
- At least 2 to 3 years work experience as IT Support
- With basic knowledge of COUPA support experience
- Coupa Certified
- Willing to work onsite
