About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and proactive NGO Partnerships Officer to help grow our community programs and social impact initiatives.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in fundraising, NGO operations, partnerships, CSR, or community development who are eager to build meaningful collaborations and drive positive change.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing and implementing fundraising and partnership strategies
- Identify and engage potential corporate sponsors, donors, and grant opportunities
- Prepare grant proposals, sponsorship decks, reports, and other fundraising materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders
- Coordinate community engagement activities, outreach programs, and CSR initiatives
- Monitor fundraising performance and prepare impact and accomplishment reports
- Support project implementation and ensure timely submission of required documentation
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for program execution
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Social Work, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, CSR, NGO operations, or community development
- Experience in grant writing, sponsorship acquisition, or stakeholder engagement is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Good project coordination and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation
- Passion for social impact and community engagement
- Knowledge of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is a plus
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City, Monday to Friday
- Can start ASAP
