HR Business Partner (Remote)

We are looking for a high-impact HR Business Partner who functions as a strategic advisor to our leadership team. You are not an administrator; you are an operations-focused partner who understands that the primary function of HR is to drive business outcomes through talent acquisition, performance optimization, and rigorous process management.
You will own the end-to-end talent lifecycle and be responsible for the organizational health of our remote operations.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Talent Acquisition & Planning
- Talent Strategy: Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and translate business objectives into specific competency requirements.
- High-Velocity Sourcing: Leverage Jobstreet and other databases to build a proactive pipeline of top-tier talent.
- Operational Vetting: Execute a comprehensive screening methodology that ensures every hire is “day-one ready,” minimizing the onboarding gap for hiring managers.
- Performance & Organizational Consulting
- Performance Diagnostics: Proactively analyze departmental data to identify hiring bottlenecks, retention trends, and performance gaps.
- Consultative Solutions: Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to leadership to optimize team structures and improve overall operational output.
- Process Engineering: Develop and maintain scalable SOPs that allow our remote-first operations to function with high precision and reliability.
- Operational Excellence
- Onboarding Architecture: Own the transition from offer acceptance to productive team member, ensuring technical and cultural integration.
- HR Infrastructure: Maintain a high standard of documentation and digital presence, serving as the primary point of contact for organizational HR health.
- Business Acumen: Ability to view every HR initiative through the lens of cost, efficiency, and return on investment.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in using data to identify problems, track performance metrics, and report on HR impact to executive leadership.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing department heads and managing candidate relationships with professionalism.
- Autonomy: A proven track record of managing complex projects remotely with minimal oversight.
- Compensation: 32,000 PHP (Net) per month.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekdays).
- Shift: Morning Shift.
- Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Work from Home).
