Customer Service Representative: Medical VA or Receptionist - Healthcare Account - Manila
About the role
Transpeed Communications is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Med Receptionist or Medical Virtual Assistant to join our growing team in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our US healthcare client and their patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients
- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Reviewing and processing prior authorization requests from healthcare providers
- Ensuring compliance with insurance policies and regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service to both providers and patients
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborating with the medical team to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Continuously improving processes and identifying opportunities for streamlining
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite during graveyard shifts
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
