Company Nurse

Job Description:

As a Company Nurse, you will be responsible for safeguarding employee health and well-being by providing medical care, supporting workplace health initiatives, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. You will work closely with different departments to address health concerns, administer first aid, and promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accurate employee health records and medical treatment logs.
• Provide first aid treatment and medical assistance to employees as needed.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Conduct routine health assessments and provide recommendations for improving employee well-being.
• Promote health awareness programs to encourage a healthier workforce.

• Assist in implementing and monitoring workplace safety programs and policies.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
• Support compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
• Provide safety orientations and training sessions for employees.
• Respond to workplace accidents or emergencies and assist in incident investigations.

• Coordinate with various departments regarding employee health and safety concerns.
• Prepare reports on workplace incidents, health concerns, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Support HR and management in wellness and safety-related projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• Preferably certified in the Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) course under the Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP)
• Minimum of six (6) months experience in a medical or industrial setting
• Willing to be assigned in CPIP Calamba, Laguna / Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm
