Role Description:

The Virtual Assistant (VA) will play a pivotal role in supporting ResolutionX by handling a variety of tasks across administrative, sales, and marketing functions. This position is designed for an organized, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a remote work environment and is committed to enhancing the efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and forward calls, respond to inquiries on behalf of the team.
  • Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management.

Sales Assistance:

  • Assist with outbound sales efforts, including lead generation and qualification.
  • Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate records.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up emails to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach strategies.

Marketing Assistance:

  • Support social media marketing efforts, including content creation and scheduling.
  • Design and edit graphics for various marketing materials.
  • Assist with content creation and editing for blogs, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is preferred.
  • Design Software: Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing software like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
