Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts from concept through completion.
- Create and modify architectural plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD.

- Create mood boards, material palettes, and interior layouts for residential and commercial spaces.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, permitting requirements, and safety regulations.
- Prepare visually engaging presentations and design proposals for client meetings.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, particularly where CAD design and rendering overlap with engineering and home renovation needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio of both technical and aesthetic work.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp or SOLIDWORKS is highly preferred.
- Strong grasp of interior design principles, space planning, and materials.
- Experience creating realistic 3D renderings for both residential and industrial applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulatory codes.
- [Optional: Architectural license or pursuing licensure is a plus.]
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Revit, Lumion, Blender, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of tank and piping design, or interest in supporting technical engineering teams.
- Familiarity with permit sets and construction documentation for California or similar jurisdictions.
