Digital Marketing Specialist/Performance Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role manages both digital and traditional marketing activities, coordinates with internal teams and external partners, and ensures that marketing campaigns are delivered effectively and aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail, wholesale, or distribution industry.
Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Experience managing social media platforms, digital advertising, and content marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience working with marketing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
