JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Financial Analyst collaborates with various departments to ensure accurate data collection and provides recommendations to improve financial outcomes. This position is critical for supporting the organization’s financial health and identifying areas for growth and efficiency.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of opportunity or concern.
• Prepare reports on financial performance, including profitability, cost analysis, and operational expenses.
• Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual financial performance and provide insights to management.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Work closely with the Finance to develop financial projections and assumptions.
• Monitor budget adherence across departments and provide support in identifying potential cost saving opportunities.

• Perform monthly reconciliations for key accounts, including bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, supporting management in understanding financial performance.
• Support the Finance with the preparation and review of financial statements.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and other reporting tools to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPls).
• Ensure all financial reports are accurate and prepared in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Collaborate with various departments to collect relevant financial data and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support the accounting team in maintaining data integrity and aligning financial data with operational activities.
• Liaise with other teams to understand business drivers and assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Perform ad hoc analysis to support decision-making, including scenario analysis, pricing analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Participate in financial modeling for new business initiatives, capital investments, and other strategic projects.
• Contribute to financial planning initiatives and support projects that drive operational and financial improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA, CPA, or MBA is a must).
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
• Must have experience with financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
