• At least 1 year of experience as a Data Specialist
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver highly accurate work and maintain near-zero errors
• Reliable, organized, and process-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good computer and technical skills
• Flexible team-player mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong process management and workflow coordination skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to remain composed and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills

• Monitor segment email communications and route inquiries to the appropriate teams
• Manage SPD Service Report templates and controller setup for new customer accounts
• Track data from online controllers and identify, investigate, and report potential issues
• Maintain compliance schedules and manage service-related documentation
• Organize and maintain filing systems for documentation, technical drawings, and customer records
• Support data integrity and reporting accuracy across segment operations
• Coordinate administrative tasks that support workflow efficiency and service delivery
• Handle additional tasks, special projects, and assignments as directed by the SPD Services Group Manager
