- At least 1 year of experience as a Data Specialist
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver highly accurate work and maintain near-zero errors
- Reliable, organized, and process-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good computer and technical skills

- Monitor segment email communications and route inquiries to the appropriate teams
- Manage SPD Service Report templates and controller setup for new customer accounts
- Track data from online controllers and identify, investigate, and report potential issues
- Maintain compliance schedules and manage service-related documentation
- Organize and maintain filing systems for documentation, technical drawings, and customer records
- Support data integrity and reporting accuracy across segment operations
- Coordinate administrative tasks that support workflow efficiency and service delivery
- Handle additional tasks, special projects, and assignments as directed by the SPD Services Group Manager
