Be the expert in:

  • Technical Support & Client Communication
  • Completely understand assigned client’s technology: network, systems, and security, Be the expert for the rest of the team
  • Will take responsibility on all after hour jobs like performing servers, workstations and other technologies restart, maintenance, and upgrades
  • Audit environments based on the standards and performed alignment tasks in a manner that does not disrupt, but enhances the client relationship

Show your skills in:

  • Communication and Client Service Experience
  • Backup Technologies (Essential)Datto BCDR – monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting issues
  • Veeam – monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting issues
  • Shadow Protect – monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting issues
  • Server Environments (Essential)
  • Server Administration – Checking basic server functions, based on alerting information, user administration, and monitored patching where required.
  • Network troubleshooting - including basic network functionality, DNS troubleshooting, firewall management to VMware management experience (2+ years)
  • Connecting to a VMware server, and checking VM status, basic troubleshooting of issues
  • Remote Management Tools experience – iLO, iDRAC, etc.
  • Networking Systems (Preferred)
  • Sophos Firewalls experience – checking device status, reviewing potential issues before escalating
  • Network troubleshooting – Ability to troubleshoot basic issues prior to escalation
