Server

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Server to join our team at Fresca Trattoria in Makati City Metro Manila. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. This is a full-time position, and you will be a key member of our hospitality team.

• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Providing recommendations on menu items and specials
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently, and relaying them to the kitchen in a timely manner
• Serving food and beverages to guests with attention to detail
• Ensuring that tables are cleared and reset promptly after guests have finished their meal
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area, and restocking supplies as needed
• Addressing any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and protocols

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role. Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional service
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience
