HR Recruitment Specialist (Cebu Office)

The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition while supporting key HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. This role plays a vital part in attracting top talent, ensuring a seamless hiring experience, and supporting the company's people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure completion of pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
• Support employee relations by addressing basic HR concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Assist in implementing workplace health and safety programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a general HR role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and hiring best practices.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR processes.
• Experience with HRIS is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Willing to work onsite, Monday to Saturday, at AS Fortuna Street, Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu.
