The HR Assistant is responsible for performing day to day operation related to HR function such as payroll, recruitment, statutory benefits, employee relation and others like documentation and filing.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledgeable in HR operations
  • At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in HR functions
  • With experience in handling CompenBen
  • With experience in Payroll and employee relation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and good time management skills;

  • Highly organized, dependable and with strong people skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
