AFTER SALES TECHNICIAN

Employment Type: Full time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Installs products and equipment for customers.
2. Performs troubleshooting on technical issues.
3. Repairs defective units and equipment.
4. Conducts preventive maintenance services.
5. Inspects products to ensure proper functionality.
6. Responds to customer complaints and concerns.
7. Provides technical support and assistance.
8. Explains product operation to customers.
9. Tests equipment after repair and installation.
10. Maintains service tools and equipment properly.
11. Prepares service reports and documentation.
12. Coordinates with the service team for repair schedules.
13. Replaces damaged or faulty parts when necessary.
14. Ensures timely completion of service requests.
15. Follows company safety procedures and standards.
16. Monitors product performance during service visits
17. Assists customers with product maintenance tips.
18. Keeps accurate records of repairs and inspections.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must wear personal protective equipment while at the location.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Associate or High school diploma.
2. Trade school education or apprenticeship
3. 2 years related experience in electrical and maintainance works
4. Creating pipe installation plans
5. Proven experience as a electrician
6. Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills
7. Ability to prioritize and maintain strong attention to detail
8. Good communication and Physical dexterity.
9. Have ample experience in welding and installing pipe systems according to specifications
10. Ability to thrive in a team structured work environment.
11. Ability to work in self-disciplined environment
