Job Description:
We are looking for a competent Debt Collection Team Leader to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. You will need to strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments. Our Team Lead should demonstrate professionalism, trustworthiness, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review open accounts for collection efforts;
- Make outbound collection Calls, SMS, Viber, Whatsapp, Email, and Auto Dialer in a professional manner while maintaining and improving client relations;
- Resolve client payment concerns and address accounts receivable delinquency in a timely manner;
- Collect customer payments in accordance with due dates;
- Identify issues contributing to account delinquency and discuss with the Collection Team- Review and monitor assigned accounts and applicable collection reports;
- Provide timely follow-ups on payment arrangements.
Requirements:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both English and Filipino; knowledge of other local languages is a plus);
- Communicative, proactive, and willing to learn- Proficiency in MS Office programs;
- Strong sense of responsibility and result orientation.
Work Schedule:
- 5 days work schedule, Monday to Friday;
- 8-hour day shift.
