Job description:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing
- Must be a Registered Nurse
- Preferably a certified Dialysis Nurse
- Preferably with at least 2-3 years work experience in a dialysis center
- Preferably BLS & ACLS certified
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures consistent provision of quality patient care to patients needing dialysis in accordance with policies, standard operating procedures, compliance requirements, and acquired training concepts.
- Ensures provision of outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers including patients, patients' relatives, and staffs.
- Assesses patient's responses to their treatment therapy and makes appropriate adjustments and modifications to the treatment plan as indicated by the prescribing physician
- Ensures all relevant data including physician orders, lab results, vital signs, treatment parameters, and patient treatment data. Ensures proper documentation and storage of these information.
