Architectural CAD Drafter | Pooling

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural CAD Drafter with extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in large-scale developments such as hotel and casino projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate, detailed technical drawings and ensuring all designs align with project specifications, standards, and timelines.

• Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and/or MEP drawings using CAD software based on design specifications
• Interpret and translate sketches, layouts, and design concepts into technical drawings
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
• Revise drawings as required based on feedback, site conditions, and project changes
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and company guidelines
• Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions
• Assist in resolving design and drafting issues during project execution
• Support project teams in ensuring timely delivery of drawings for construction

• Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CAD Drafter in the construction industry
• Proven experience in hotel and casino projects (required)
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and standards
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination skills

• Experience working on large-scale or high-end commercial developments
• Knowledge of BIM processes and tools
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

• Mon-Fri 9AM to 6PM
• Fixed term: 6 months
• With HMO and Life Insurance (day 1)
