About the Role
We are a leading Australian property management company seeking a talented and organised Remote Strata Assistant to support our Victoria-based portfolio. If you have experience in property administration, condominium management, or building administration, and are passionate about providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
You will work closely with our Australian team to provide administrative and customer support for residential buildings and Owners Corporations.
Key Responsibilities- Reception & Client Support:
- Share virtual reception duties, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Assist with general enquiries from residents, owners, and contractors
- Data & Records Management:
- Process ownership and tenant information updates in our system
- Maintain accurate records and update databases
- Strata Administration:
- Assist with preparing and drafting correspondence to owners and residents
- Coordinate building repairs and maintenance (liaising with contractors/suppliers)
- Schedule meetings, prepare and draft meeting notices and agendas
- Support compliance requirements for Owners Corporations (Body Corporate)
- Other Administrative Tasks:
- Support the Australian strata management team with other administrative tasks as required
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in property management, condominium administration, building management, or similar administrative role
- Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written (required)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); able to learn new software quickly
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team is an advantage
- Previous experience as a Property Management Assistant, Condominium Admin, Building Administrator, or similar
- Experience liaising with residents, homeowners, or tenants
- Experience handling maintenance requests and coordinating with contractors
- Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience)
