About the role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team at Manila Credit Corporation. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in addressing our accounting and bookkeeping requirements and helping to drive the success of our business.This is a full-time position based in our San Antonio office in Makati City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Assisting with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print
- Coordinating the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and tracking budgets
- Conducting market research and data analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to help the team continuously improve our marketing efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Quickbooks
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
