Training Specialist
Makati Full-time
Conducts engaging onboarding and role-specific training through in-person, virtual, and self-paced programs, including webinars and e-learning. Designs and customizes training materials aligned with SOPs, job roles, and organizational needs while addressing skill gaps through continuous assessment and stakeholder collaboration.
Monitors training effectiveness, updates programs based on feedback and data, and ensures compliance while maintaining accurate training records and supporting related initiatives.
Basic Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years' experience as a Trainer in customer service environment and client relationship management.
- Major Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with excellent listening, verbal, and written abilities.
- Solid understanding of learning and development, including Training Needs Analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in graphic tools like Canva.
- Experienced in designing training programs and developing course materials (manuals, workbooks, job aids).
- Collaborates with leadership and SMEs to assess needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and implement continuous improvements.
