The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets, and ensuring excellent customer service in a computer and IT products sales environment. The role focuses on team supervision, sales performance monitoring, inventory coordination, and implementation of sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements
QualificationsEducation
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
ExperienceAt least 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in computer, IT products, or technology solutions.
With supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Sales-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and IT accessories
Proficient in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools
Working Conditions
Office and/or showroom-based with possible client visits
May require extended hours during peak sales periods or promotions
