The Opportunity
We are seeking a competent and highly professional Business Process and Systems Analyst to support the organization in optimizing business operations, analyzing workflows, and improving system processes to enhance overall efficiency and performance.The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating operational requirements, recommending process improvements, ensuring system effectiveness, and supporting the organization through data-driven analysis and strategic process development.
- Develop and maintain standardized process documentation (SOPs, workflows)
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, version control, and alignment with actual operations
- Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate process mapping and cross-functional workshops
- Support system development, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor process performance, compliance, and documentation status
- Assist in audits, quality assurance, and process validation activities
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure process and system alignment
- Support overall process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer or Business Analyst (process mapping and systems structuring)
- Strong critical thinking, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Kaizen, process analysis, and document management systems
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
