Key Responsibilities
Contract Management- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontract agreements, lease contracts, MOAs, NDAs, and service agreements
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and company policies
- Manage contract documentation and risk exposure
- Provide legal advice on land acquisition, joint ventures, property development, and leasing
- Review titles, permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements
- Handle legal matters related to project implementation and disputes
- Ensure compliance with local government regulations, building codes, and industry laws
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies for permits, registrations, and legal filings
- Monitor legal developments affecting the company
- Handle legal disputes, claims, and demand letters
- Coordinate with external counsel for litigation or arbitration
- Provide risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Assist in corporate housekeeping, board resolutions, and corporate filings
- Support internal policy development and governance matters
- Member of the Integrated Bar
- At least 4-5 years of relevant legal experience (preferably in real estate, construction, or corporate law)
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of property laws, labor laws, and commercial regulations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
