 A.  TECHNICAL AND DESIGN MANAGER/CIVIL ENGINEER :

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the full cycle management of photovoltaic project design in the Philippines cement plant, coordinating and managing the technical team for scheme design, construction drawing design and change control, and completion drawing design;
  2. Coordinate with customers, construction parties, and suppliers to clarify design requirements and technical boundaries, ensuring that the design scheme complies with local regulations and grid connection requirements in the Philippines;
  3. Lead the review of design drawings, technical disclosure, on-site design Q&A, and solve design related technical problems during the construction process;
  4. Coordinate design progress, ensure timely delivery of drawings, control design costs and risks, and reduce on-site rework;
  5. Cooperate with the project team to complete the preparation of acceptance technical documents, technical docking, and approval promotion, ensuring that the design scheme meets the grid connection requirements;
  6. Track the on-site construction situation, promptly handle design changes, technical optimization, and approval work.

Qualifications:

  1. Professional background: Graduate of BS Civil engineering, BS Structural Engineer and other related majors;
  2. Credentials: Must be Licensed or Registered Civil Engineer (Valid PRC ID)
  3. Work experience: More than 3 years of design and management experience in the photovoltaic industry, with experience in coordinating industrial and commercial rooftop photovoltaic design.
  4. Technical ability: Familiar with the design principles of photovoltaic systems, proficient in theselection logic of photovoltaic modules, inverters and other equipment; Understand the basic requirements and design specifications for grid connection in the Philippines, and possess the ability to output, review, and control technical solutions for design drawings; Familiar with the basic points of roof photovoltaic structure and electrical construction;
  5. Other requirements: Understand the design standards and specifications related to photovoltaics in the Philippines, and have awareness of design progress, material cost, and material quality control; Priority given to holding photovoltaic/electrical related certificates; Strong ability to withstand pressure, able to adapt to the pace of project work, and able to have local design resources.
  6. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ANYWHERE IN THE PHILIPPINES ( able to be stationed on project sites in the Philippines)(

 B.  PROJECT MANAGER/ ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Fully responsible for on-site management and overall delivery of photovoltaic projects on commercial and industrial roofs of cement plants, coordinating construction progress, safety, quality, and cost control.
  2. Coordinate with clients, construction teams, design, procurement and other relevant responsible parties, coordinate resources from all parties, and promote the smooth implementation of the project.
  3. Responsible for developing project construction plans, on-site management, change control, and handling unexpected issues to ensure compliance and orderly progress of construction.
  4. Familiarize and follow up on the entire process of grid connection in the Philippines, promote grid
connection acceptance, data approval, and related procedures.
  1. Strictly implement local construction regulations and safety standards, implement safety management, quality inspection, progress tracking, and other work.
  2. Regularly report project progress, organize project materials, and complete project acceptance and handover work.

Qualifications:

  1. Professional background: Graduate of BS Electrical Engineer, new energy or engineering management related majors.
  2. Credentials: Must be Licensed or Registered Electrical Engineer (Valid PRC ID)
  3. Work experience: More than 3 years of project management experience in the photovoltaic industry, and 2 years or more of management experience in large-scale industrial and commercial photovoltaic projects of 1 MW or more; Experience in rooftop photovoltaic projects in industrial plants is preferred; Can be stationed on the project site permanently.
  4. Technical ability: Familiar with the overall principle of photovoltaic systems, master the basic knowledge of core equipment such as components and inverters; Understand the key points of roof structure, photovoltaic construction, and electrical installation; Proficient in the local grid connection process in the Philippines, with experience in high-voltage grid connection and energy storage supporting projects preferred; Capable of controlling construction site safety, quality, and progress.
  5. Other requirements: Familiar with local photovoltaic engineering construction specifications and safety standards in the Philippines; Have awareness of project cost and schedule control; Serious and responsible
  6. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ANYWHERE IN THE PHILIPPINES (able to be stationed on project sites in the Philippines)

 C.  SOLAR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote residential and commercial solar systems in Manila and nearby villa communities
  • Follow up company-provided leads and actively develop new customers
  • Visit sites, understand customer needs, and present solar solutions
  • Build partnerships with designers, contractors, and related industries
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and support team coordination when needed

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience in sales (preferably in solar/renewable energy or related
  • field).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must own or be able to drive a motorcycle or a car (at minimum, a motorcycle).
  • Education: Associate degree or higher.
