POSITION: FACTORY MANAGER

Lead and manage the entire factory operations focused on the production of export garments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with merchandising, quality assurance, cutting, sewing, finishing, and logistics departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
Experience working in Korean Companies.
Planning factory daily routines.
Resolving factory-related issues.

Qualifications/Requirements

At least 5–10 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with 5 years in a managerial or factory leadership role.
Strong background in export production operations and buyer compliance.
Strong leadership and organizational management skills
Deep knowledge of garment production processes (cutting, sewing, finishing, packaging)
Familiarity with export documentation and scheduling requirements
Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills (oral and written, preferably in English)
Computer literacy (ERP systems, MS Office, production tracking software)
