Sales Engineer - Construction

Responsible for generating sales opportunities, managing client accounts, and supporting business growth initiatives by promoting products and solutions to clients. Ensures strong customer engagement, market coverage, and achievement of assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or industries
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, contractors, distributors, consultants, and project stakeholders
  3. Conduct product presentations, client visits, and business meetings to promote company solutions
  4. Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and account development objectives
  5. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation for clients
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and customer requirements
  7. Monitor market activities, competitor movements, and industry developments
  8. Maintain accurate sales pipeline, account updates, and forecasting reports
  9. Support collection activities and ensure timely payment coordination with clients
  10. Participate in trade events, networking activities, and industry engagements to expand market presence
  11. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional client handling
  12. Adhere to company sales processes, compliance standards, and reporting requirements
