Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment activities and talent acquisition initiatives across the organization. The role will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners to ensure efficient hiring processes while contributing to employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Initiatives- Drive and implement recruitment initiatives such as e-career fairs, social media recruitment campaigns, and internal recruitment programs across all entities.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Supervisor/Manager in executing talent acquisition strategies and initiatives for affiliates in the Philippines.
- Manage and track all manpower requisitions to be hired through the Talent Acquisition System.
- Perform candidate sourcing through internal and external job advertisements, databases, and talent pools.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels.
- Coordinate with accredited recruitment headhunters when necessary.
- Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and evaluate suitability based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers in evaluating applicants and selecting candidates for hiring.
- Facilitate pre-employment documentation and ensure all requirements are uploaded to the System.
- Coordinate with the Talent Development team regarding onboarding schedules and deployment of newly hired employees, ensuring proper introduction and induction.
- Monitor the employment status of employees and coordinate with Talent Retention regarding any status changes or movements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for submission to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Screen and review CVs to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Maintain an updated database of candidate CVs and talent pipelines.
- Prepare monthly reports for HR Audit.
- Provide support to the HR team on other HR-related tasks when needed.
- Perform additional duties that support departmental goals, professional development initiatives, or assignments from the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and job portals (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and job portals is required.
- Experience with any ATS system, including applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and job portals is required.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
