UnifyCX is looking for an extraordinary Customer Service Representative to join our motivated and ambitious team.

What Will You Do?

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this critical role, you will focus on retaining and strengthening relationships with our valued customers by addressing their concerns, identifying solutions, and promoting service loyalty.

By understanding customer needs and delivering personalized solutions, you will play a vital role in reducing churn and fostering long-term customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone regarding products, orders, and returns.
  • Help customers with product orders, modifications, cancellations, and tracking.
  • Address and resolve issues related to product quality, shipping, billing, and returns.
  • Provide accurate information about the products, including ingredients, usage, and benefits.
  • Log customer interactions, track resolutions, and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to a rotating or flexible shift schedule.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in skincare or retail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
  • At least 1+ year Customer Service experience required preferably in a Call Center or Professional environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with the client and team members.
  • Healthcare or medical experience is strongly preferred, but not required
