Chef de Partie - Hot Kitchen
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Partie - Hot Kitchen to join our team at Zirconia Inc' in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for leading a section of the hot kitchen, ensuring the consistent and high-quality preparation of a variety of dishes for our renowned restaurant.
What you'll be doing- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of your assigned station in the hot kitchen
- Preparing and cooking a wide range of hot dishes to our exacting standards
- Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and refine menu items
- Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Providing direction, training and mentorship to junior kitchen staff
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work environment
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-quality restaurant or hotel kitchen
- Strong working knowledge of a variety of cooking techniques and cuisine styles
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and a commitment to culinary excellence
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant qualifications in Culinary Arts or equivalent industry experience
