The IT Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing first level support through taking calls or tickets and handling resulting incidents or service requests, using the incident management and request fulfillment process, in line with Service Desk objectives and SLA to ensure a high degree of service, satisfaction, and consistency for all users, regardless of location.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/ college degree in IT, or a vocational training in an IT-related course
  • Has at least 1-year of relevant experience on tasks related to IT Helpdesk including but not limited to Incident Management, Service Request, Phone consulting and inquiry
  • Exposure in System Management Solution
  • Exposure in Backup and Network Monitoring
  • Exposure in dealing and talking with end customers
  • Proficient in Windows-based computer operations
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work in different shifts, overtime, and some weekends and holidays
