Job Description

We’re looking for Sales Account Representatives to engage customers, promote products or services, and help meet sales targets. You’ll assist clients, answer inquiries, and deliver excellent support across multiple communication channels while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
• Present and promote products, services, and special offers
• Assist customers with orders, subscriptions, and service upgrades
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams when needed
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets

Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on sales processes, tools, and company systems

Requirements:

• High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
• Strong English communication and persuasive selling skills
• Customer-focused, goal-driven, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
