Job Description:
- Supervise a warehouse team and willing to work overtime as need arises
- Leads department operations to meet specific company targets;
- Leads Strategic Projects and assignments as required
- Effectively supervise with full accountability for operational labor and supply costs;
- Acts as a coach to their team playing team through vision and goals, coaching and feedback;
- Accountable for Maintaining a healthy work environment and being a good leader by example for others;
- Manages employee performance including but not limited to attendance , vacation, employee separations, annual review, merit process, and documentation.
Qualifications:
4 years of Leadership experience in Warehouse environment preferably in a Construction Industry
Graduate of any 4 year course;Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and high level of understanding of Warehouse Management System in a Construction industry;
Ability to lead and maintain a safe work environment;
Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently;
Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same;
