JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a licensed and experienced *Civil Engineer/Estimator* to join our team. The ideal candidate needs to have 3-5 years of experience in construction, structural design and analysis, as well as expertise in estimation or quantity surveying.

This role requires a highly detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills to contribute to project success through accurate analysis and cost estimation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce complete civil/structural design construction and shop drawings
Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for construction projects.
Conduct structural design, analysis, and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop project budgets and timelines, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Evaluate construction materials, labor costs, and overall project requirements.
Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications for accurate estimation.
Collaborate with project managers to track costs and ensure projects stay within budget.
Identify potential risks and recommend solutions to mitigate cost or design challenges.
Prepare technical reports

Qualifications/Requirements

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in electrical design, testing, and maintenance (3+ years preferred).
TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficient in construction estimating software, drawing tools and design analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Planswift, MS Office-Excel).
KNOWLEDGE: Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.

SOFT SKILLS: - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

CERTIFICATIONS: Relevant certifications (e.g., Professional Civil Engineer license)
